Core consulting services are provided by the founder, Vincent Stoltz. We may also use partners for due diligence on some subjects such as regulations (DMA, DSA, CSRD,…).

Thanks to multidisciplinary syllabus, we are very adaptable and can easily communicate and work with functional and operational stakeholders.

Vincent Stoltz

Vincent Stoltz has been working for the last 25 years in the high-tech eco-system as financial & industrial advisor, startup founder and business angel. He holds an engineering degree from the Ponts & Chaussées and an MBA from HEC Paris.

He has been driven by his passion for innovation and technologies, and by the conviction that developing a clear and coherent vision on both technology and business is a key success factor to innovate and avoid many risks.

He has advised for 12 years, BNP Paribas group top managers, on the financing of high-tech companies, including on strategy, market, competition, financial projections. He has been involved in all kinds of deals worldwide (ex: debt financing, LBO, restructuring, mergers, carveout, from 10 Mios to 9 Bn EUR) and has been decisive on most complex and high-stake operations of the group (ex: Thomson, Alcatel, Kodak, Altran, Atos…).

Since 2016, he has been more involved in the start-up ecosystem. He has developed a consumer electronic startup (IoT) from the idea to the commercialization. He has designed the core electronic, software and algorithms. Since 2019, he has been also engaged in BADGE, the largest business angel association in France, notably in the validation committee which preselects startups.

He has also been working in other tech industries of which telecom equipment as business developer (Ericsson) and space as rocket engine architect (Safran). He is particularly interested in innovation, business intelligence, AI and cybersecurity.
