Vincent Stoltz has been working for the last 25 years in the high-tech eco-system as financial & industrial advisor, startup founder and business angel. He holds an engineering degree from the Ponts & Chaussées and an MBA from HEC Paris.
He has advised BNP Paribas top managers and group CEO on the financing of high-tech companies, including on strategy, market, competition, financial projections or restructuring. He has been involved in the majority of complex and high-stake operations of the group (ex: Thomson, Alcatel, Kodak, Altran, Atos, Marconi, TomTom, Nortel, IBM, Hon Hai, TCL, LG, Sage, Ubisoft, Cap Gemini, Gemalto, +250 others) and in all type of deals worldwide (ex: debt financing, LBO, restructuring, mergers, carveout, project finance, from 10 Mios to 9 Bn EUR, sectors analysis / monitoring).
Since 2016, he has been more involved in the start-up ecosystem. He has founded and developed a consumer electronic startup (IoT) from the idea to the commercialization. Since 2019, he has been evaluating startups in the validation committee of BADGE, the largest business angel association in France.
He has also been working in other tech industries as: business developer and co-founder of consulting services at Ericsson (worldwide mobile infrastructures leader) and rocket engine architect at Safran. He is particularly interested in innovation, business intelligence, AI and cybersecurity.
His passion for innovation, science, technologies and experiments, has led to developing strong technical skills especially in embedded electronics / IoT, software and AI. This includes: multiple computer languages (C, VBA, Python, Java, Sql,…, ASM), environments (Windows, Linux, RTOS, docker, RaspberryPi, Eclipse, Visual studio, Android Studio), electronics (analog, digital, some radio but not power), infrastructure (wireless, BLE, ISM), cybersecurity (parts of), AI (N8N, Javascript, algorithms), web design (WordPress, Woocommerce, SEO).
Reality check: 2024 personal projects performed after repairing a vintage DAI computer: emulation, electronic design, retro-engineering, software library (C / assembly).
